The conference Dinner and International Night event will be held on 14 September 2023 (Thursday) at the Village Centre, National Arboretum from 6:00-9:30 PM.

The National Arboretum Canberra was designed to be a place of peace, beauty, recreation, research, and education. With 44,000 rare, endangered, and culturally significant trees from Australia and around the world, it is a living seedbank of international significance. The mosaic of 93 forests and many themed gardens are fulling the vision of creating unique sensory experience in each area whilst playing an important role in conservation and biodiversity.

At the Arboretum's heart, the Village Centre is an award-winning designed building featuring panoramic views of the arboretum and of Canberra. Its restaurant promises an impressive night event for all conference attendees. 


Buses will take participants from Kambri cultural center to the venue, departure from Kambri is at 5:30 PM. Registered participants may also bring along family or friends for a fee of USD 65 (payable online).

At 9:30 pm buses will depart from the Village Centre, Arboretum and take participants to Canberra City proper. Drop-off will be at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. Below are Walking Guides from Crowne Plaza to the following hotels:
