Open to all conference participants, regardless of cultural background.

Participants representing their FETP must register by 1st September 2025. Performance details, including song, video, etc, must be submitted to the Secretariat via e-mail at secretariat2ndsafetynetconf@gmail.com.

Competition includes
1) Cultural Wedding Show
2) FETP Performance (free style)

Both performances will run simultaneously and are limited to a maximum of 3 minutes. Participants must schedule rehearsals at their own time to ensure smooth transitions and adherence to the time limit. Exceeding the time limit can result in the Jury deducting marks.

Performances should accurately represent the culture being showcased.

Authentic costumes, music, and choreography are encouraged. All performances must be suitable for a diverse audience.

Avoid sensitive or controversial topics that may be deemed offensive.

Performers must coordinate with the Secretariat for sound and lighting arrangements during the technical setup.

Technical setup and testing will occur on 24th September 2025, from 5.00 pm to 7.00 pm at the Grand Ballroom.

All equipment and submitted songs/videos should be tested in advance to prevent technical disruptions.

Performers are encouraged to engage the audience while maintaining the integrity of the performance.

Any interactive elements must be planned in advance.

Participants should have a backup plan for unforeseen technical issues or last-minute changes.

Performers must wear cultural wedding attire in line with the theme.

Conference participants are encouraged to wear traditional attire in support of the event. All performances should honor and respect the cultural traditions being represented.

Sensitivity to diverse customs and beliefs is expected at all times.
