BACKGROUND AND CONTEXT 


As field epidemiologists face increasingly complex global health challenges, evaluating the effectiveness of Field Epidemiology Training Programs (FETPs) is essential. The Kirkpatrick Model, a widely recognized framework for training evaluation, offers an actionable approach for assessing the effectiveness of these programs at multiple levels: reaction, learning, behavior, and results.
