Registration Desk
It will be operational from 8 AM to 5 PM on Monday and Tuesday (11 & 12 Sep 2023). The spot registration option is available from 11 to 12 September 2023
Secretariat Room
It will be operational from 8 AM to 5 PM from Monday to Friday (11-15 Sep 2023). This desk will handle the collection of scientific presentations. Also, it will serve as an information desk for any queries.
Green Room
One room (Green room) is allotted for rehearsals, from Monday (11 Sep) to Thursday (14 Sep). Booking is mandatory for using the green room. Booking register will be available at the Secretariat desk.
